We’re looking for kind, independent, responsible, & respectful residents who are ready to take ownership of their lives and willing to live in a shared space. Room availability is based on first-come, first-served. Because of this, we recommend you complete the application process quickly to increase the chances that your room of preference is still available. To apply, you’ll need to fill out our online application, which will include a background and credit check. There’s a $50 fee to apply (so we can run a background and credit check).
